6.       Invitation Letter from relatives or friends in America;

7.       Roundtrip airline ticket;

8.       Confirmed hotel reservation;

9.       Specific travel plans;

10.   Strong reasons for return to resident country include:

1)       Steady employment with substantial salary;

2)       Happy family life proof;

3)       Evidence of substantial property;

4)       Record of previous U.S. visas (if applicable);

11.   If apply for medical treatment, additional document should be prepared:

12)   Medical condition statement provided by the applicant’s host-country doctor;

13)   Explanation in writing under what circumstances and at what cost it will provide the treatment or hospitalization (If there is a sponsor hospital in U.S.);

14)   Cost estimate for follow-on treatment from a US hospital and present evidence of sufficient funds to pay for the treatment.
